2023年度 理工会留学生会のご案内
昨年度に引き続き、『留学生会』 『女子会』会員の皆様を対象とした 体験&ランチを理工会活性化委員会のコラボ企画として開催いたします。
皆様のご参加をお待ちしています。
日程：２０２３年９月９日（土）
【スケジュール】
１０：４５ 京田辺キャンパス 正門北側ローム記念館前に集合
１１：００ 有徳館東館522機械系輪講室
『ゆば長』 長井康裕さん (1988年電子工学科卒)によるお話と湯葉づくり体験
１２：３０ 松井山手SPA&HOTEL水春へ出発 (移動は送迎バスにて)
１３：００ 松井山手SPA&HOTEL水春にてランチ
１５：００ 解散予定
【参加費】
湯葉づくり体験： 無料
ランチ： お一人様 1,000円
※湯葉づくり体験、ランチともお子様連れ大歓迎です！！
※湯葉づくり体験orランチのみの参加もOKです。

Now, the International Students’ Association has planned an experience & lunch event for this year, following on from last year.
This event is for all members (OG, OB, current students) of the “International Students’ Association” and “Women’s Association” as a collaborative project of the Science and Engineering Society Revitalization Committee.

【Schedule】
Time ： 2023, September 9th（Saturday）
10：45 Meet at Main Entrance of Kyotanabe campus, in front of Rome building
11：00 YE522 meeting room of faculty of mechanical engineering, East Yutoku building
『ゆば長』 Nagai Yasuhiro (Graduated in 1988 from the Department of Electronic
Engineering) will give a speech about Yuba-making experience
12：30 Departure to Matsui Yamate SPA & HOTEL Mizuharu (Transportation by shuttle bus)
13：00 Having lunch at Matsui Yamate SPA & HOTEL Mizuharu.
15：00 Finish
Participation Fee： Yuba-making experience Free
Lunch: 1000 yen/person (free for current students)
Deadline ： 2023, August 26st（Saturday）
