12:30 Meet at the main gate of Doshisha University Kyotanabe Campus.Orientation (Self-introductions, etc.)
16:00 Disbandment at Doshisha University Kyotanabe Campus.
Fee：¥1,000 （All-you-can-drink BBQ set menu）
All students in faculty of science and engineering are welcome to apply. The staff and alumni will also attend. It’s a good chance to network!
